•COM OIS/AVNCS DATA XFR FAULT Dispatch Message
• Unable to access the Maintenance Menu Backup or Any OIS Menus. All AFSC module LEDs will be flashing amber and not green. All Company COMM is not available.
Procedures to Reset:
• PULL Circuit Breakers in table below.
• Pull C/Bs, remove SMM1 (104TC1) module, close C/Bs & Wait 5-10 minutes.
• After wait, if all AFSC module LEDs don't go green then; pull C/Bs again, install SMM1 module, remove SMM2 (104TC2) module, close C/Bs & wait 5-10 minutes.
• After wait, all AFSC Module LEDs should be green confirming which SMM is bad and dispatch should change to COM OIS/AVNCS REDUNDANCY. C/W MEL, for Dispatch.
• SMM1 (104TC1) or SMM2 (104TC2).

Fault Detected By:FWS_OIS/AFSC
Results of power up test or reset:Pass: DISPATCH MESSAGE fault disappears.
Fail: DISPATCH MESSAGE fault remains.
Additional Notes:RESET ALL CB'S AGAIN IF NO HELP.
